Welcome to the charming little market town of Builth Wells,

your gateway to beautiful Mid Wales.

Situated amidst a landscape of rolling hills and tranquil green valleys.

The perfect antidote to the urban grind.

Do you want to pony trek in the glorious Brecon Beacons, hike through stunning countryside or ride a mountain bike across the hills?

Perhaps you prefer something more relaxing such as playing a round of golf at the Builth Wells Golf Club, visiting historic houses or magnificent gardens? Or maybe you just want to see the rare Red Kite up close.

However you choose to relax we hope you find it at

Chalet 23, Caerberis Chalet Park, Builth Wells .

You may be coming for excitement, searching for some peace and quiet or perhaps just coming to visit one of the many events held at the internationally famous Royal Welsh Showground including the Builth Wells Show which is held annually in July and is the largest of its kind in Europe.

Not to mention The Wonderful Wye valley and the wonderful coastline for a

day at the Beach within one and a quarter hours drive

Blessed with a wonderful variety of excellent fishing, both game and coarse, Salmon, Trout, Grayling and Chub are all abundant. The Salmon fishing relies on high water to bring the fish up the river. When the Wye was a noted Spring river, high water (at any time of the year) would bring fish up; but in recent times the latter half of the season offers best potential to connect with a fish. On all but the highest water, the fly is the best option and modern Salmon fishing techniques are making more and more of the water productive.

Trout and Grayling, are catchable throughout the year.:
